When I set up a Company in Act and then begin to add in the contacts associated with that company, is there any way to have it populate the address fields from the same company information. The company contact info such as address and main phone numbers is more often than not the same as the Contact's.
Any help would be appreciated.

Select the Company, then Companies | Create Contact from Company - should do it for you
