When opening a document in Act from the documents tab, I get a box that pops up with "Sage Act has stopped working. Windows is looking for a solution to this problem" and then I can only close the box and Act closes. Have tried opening many different types of documents (TIFF, PDF, WORD, etc). We have 7 users on a shared network database and this just started happening to a single user. Running Act Premium 2011 Hot Fix 1. PC is Windows 7 Pro 32 bit.

so to confirm, this is only happening on 1 of 7 machines?
Can you think of anything that has happened to this one machine lately? MS Windows update? New AV software? New hardware installed? New version of Internet Explorer?
