Accessing Documents Tab crashes ACT V16sp1

Hello,

We are using ACT! Premium v16sp1 on 4  work stations in our office. 3 of the 4 are working just fine but the fourth crashes every time you click on the documents tab. Any thoughts? Will uninstalling and reinstalling be the answer?

Hi Jim,

 

This maybe due to your version of the .Net framework. While we have no released a fix for V16.1 it has been fixed in 16.3 with a Hot fix.

I would recommend updating to v16.3 Hot fix 1 as this will include other fixes and features.

 

I have included articles below which go into more detail.

this is the exact version:

Act! Premium Version 16.1.207.0, Hot Fix 2

windows 8.1
