Make sure the group "JEDER" hast "Ändern"-Rechte in %appdata%/ACT. Otherwise, maybe give us a call and we'll dig deeper.

%AppData% has enough rights, Group everyone Change, read, write. So it must be something else but nobody knows.....

I'm having the same issue on Remote Desktop Services in V22.

It used to work fine on V21, same server, same user, same profile.

Which path is denied?

Thats a good question, we don't know, errror message says only Access to the path is denied.

 

Access to the Path is denied.JPGWe will now investigate with some File Monitor to find out which path and which file.

 

We are also happy for some hints.

I forgot to inform you about the Release that we are using. We are running ACT! Premium 21.1 but the plan is to update to 22.1

Hi Robert,

 

as stated in the beginning of the Thread, just run act once with the Right click (Run As Administrator) this fixes the issue in most cases

Hi Ingo

We tried this several times without success. Still the same Issue. All users (around 115) are affected. 

It is never exactly the same, after a reset of the Citrix user ptofile it can works for 1 Day, sometimes for several Days. Totaly strange.
