I've noticed that when using Outlook, it will only retrieve the primary email for each contact that I have in my Act! database. Is there a way to have it so it lists ALL available valid email fields for that contact? Outlook's built-in contact management allows this where whenever a contact has more than 1 valid email address, it shows up as a possible destination when you click the TO: button when composing a new email.
Would really like to find a solution to this. Thanks

Unfortunately there is not a way to do this with the ACT! address book from within Outlook. However, if you are in ACT! and click any email address in the contact's record (so long as it is in an email-type field), then it will record to history.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
