Just looking for some help here.
My company is using Act! Premium version 11 and ACT! Premium for Web. Lately we have been having problems with ACT for Web, everytime we try and access it it comes up with a Page cannot be displayed error both on the server and on normal PC's.
When i try and test the connection through website administration it comes up with the following error - ACT! Premium for web was unable to test your web server ue to the following problem:the underlying connection was closed:an unexpected error occured on a send.
After an iisreset and recyling the application pools it still doesn't work, i have even reinstalled iis but to no avail - the only way of resolving it is a restart of the server.This problem happens every couple of days.
Can anybody help?
