Just wanted to confirm my suspicions. I have users set up as "Standard" users who routinely use the outlook quick attach feature to add e-mail traffic to certain contacts.
For example, if someone attaches the same message twice and wants to delete the repetitive data, is it true that they are unable to do so even if they are record manager?
Is the only way to allow deleting of one's own information to promote to "manager" security role - thus allowing full access to all records?
