I've tried the 11.01 update several times on different systems, but keep getting the following error:
The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run is incomplete. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify it is the correct size, and try again.
As it's not on the updates page, how do I obtain another copy?

ACT! Update - the downloads usually take an extra couple of weeks to be on the site
I'd assume it's automatically getting the AU build as that's what I have.

Thanks... I just tried it one more time, and the ACT! Update downloaded and just finishing installing.
Two issues that bug me:
1. It re-wrote web.config - removing my custom changes (like shared preferences)
2. It removed the Scheduler and didn't re-load it
Worse, ACT! isn't starting up on the server at all... will post back when I figure out why

ACT! won't start on the server and no Web ... although I can access the database from a network workstation.
The Event Log has a bunch of .NET Runtime 2.0 errors (Events 1001 and 5001) from every time I try to start it.
Any chance you have a link for the full 11.01?

I think I might have an idea why it failed... but still testing.
Should the installer create a log? If so, where?
I could only find the ngen.log and the ACT!Scheduller.installlog

I configured a Windows 2003 SP2 server for English - Australia and installed 11.0 APFW Gold -Australia region with Scheduler started.
I then invoked ACT! Update (live site, NOT test), downloading and applying the Australian 11.01 patch.
Download applied and Scheduler functions as expected.
Is there a specific scenario you would like reviewed here?
