ACTPremium eMail mail Merge using Outlook will not use the Default Email

Hello - New user would like a lead on how to fix email merge problem.

 

Act! Premium 21.0.295.0 Update 5

Working on laptop, remote ACT! access.

I'm trying to mail merge into an email using Outlook.

ACT will not use the default email as indicated.  Instead it chooses my icloud email account.

Internal Office IT support confirmed I have set the default email settings properly.

 

Would you kindly point me in direction of previous thread with results?

It might be worth checking the order of the accounts in Outlook and make sure the default one is at the top. I would also make sure the data file is also at the top as well and correctly set as the default one. 

I'm sure I have seen this affecting it in older versions of Act!
