The ACT program was open but would not display. We found I got the Cridex.E worm so my IT department cleaned that up. It didn't solve the problem so since I planned to upgrade to 2013 soon, I uninstalled the old version of ACT and installed 2013. I still have the same problem. Any ideas?

If restarting after ending the ACTsage.exe process doesn't work, it may be that the program is displaying outside of the monitor viewing area; see the following article for instructions: KB Article 23807
