ACT won't close completely

I have ACT on several computers (all Windows 7 Pro) and on most of them, then I close ACT, it remains active in the task manager and I can't reopen ACT unless I go into the Task Manager and close it.  Any idea of what is causing this and how to fix it?

Question: What  ACT! version you have installed?  (Help Menu - About)

 

Example:  Sage ACT! Premium 2012  Version 14.2.6.0

It was TeamViewer.  Thanks.
