We recently upgraded to ACT version 16 and since doing so our sync time has significantely increased. All stages go well but when it reaches "Checking for errors" the final step it can take anywhere from 30 to 120 minutes. We recreated the remote databases and the problem resolved itself for a short period of time but has now returned to all machines and if we cancel the sync it does not resolve the issue.
We are all running Windows 7 and doing a network sync.
We have done a full maintenance on the systems within ACT and there are no errors in the remote or the main. The Sync also does complete if left alone but has been disruptive because we used to be able to syng in 5 minutes and could easily share information with one another.
