We are using ACT v 126.96.36.199, Hot Fix 2 and the past couple of days out ACT is crashing when we click on an email address. Also, can not complete an email merge without ACT crashing as well. The message is "ACT! has stopped working".
I think we are up to date on our ACT. Does anyone else have this issue and is there a fix?

We're having the same behaviour with Act! v20 UD7 !! W10 O2016 too.

@JonTaylor Thanks for your reply. I have tried running both as administrator and while this has worked in the past, it was unsuccessful. Our build is 32 bit (16.0.9001.2080).

To add to my previous comment - I can't even uninstall Act! now.
How can I uninstall without using the Act! Uninstaller?

I actually used the Act! Uninstaller, uninstalled SQL 2014 and then re-installed ok.
All seems to be working again now!
