Noticed after upgrading everyone to Office 2013 that the ACT! add-in, which shows up fine when you're in the preview pane, does not show up when you double click (to open) an email.
I've done some troubleshooting - tried building a machine with 2013 and then installing ACT v16 w SP3. Same behavior.
Built another machine with 2013 and installed ACT v17 sp1. Same behavior.

I asked this same question earlier, and never got a response. Are there no Swiftpage moderators in this forum to answer simple questions? It's frustrating.
I am not sure it is a bug or something to do with Outlook 2013's design. I can confirm the same problem. According to my local ACT consultant, this is "normal" behavior. If this is normal, it is a giant step backwards on how it used to work.
