I am having issues running any type of report off of ACT. When I go to run any type of report, the system does nothing and just freezes. You press ok and the system doesn't do anything. Sometimes it eventually allows you to click out of the box, but you get no report. I am personally on a Mac using the web version, but my team members on PCs of all types also have this issue. We've tested on Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer. Any suggestions?
