I am unable to sync one specific contact from ACT! to Google when I use CompanionLink. This is particularly confusing because all of my other new contacts sync perfectly.
I thought that the problem may be in my ACT! database, so I created a new record for the same person. This did not resolve the problem.
Do you have any ideas on how to resolve this problem?

Yes, I do. But I solved the problem with a suggestion from CompanionLink's tech support team to set the program to re-read all of ACT's data.
