Also the syncs (via internet broadband) can sometimes run for hours and we have constant issues with calender info from the remote database not being transfered to the publisher database. This is a major source of frustration and one that could force me to change products (I don't want to) so any ideas on this would be appreciated.
Cheers Pat

What version of ACT! (the full build from Help | About)?
What method are you using to sync - Application, Network or Internet sync service

ACT! Premium 8.0 Version 8.0.2.82
English (Australia)
Sync is via internet (users have broadband connections). What I would like is to get info from the logs on what calender events have been sent. (i.e users say they scheduled in a meeting for thursday, but I can't see this on the publisher database. (The issue is not to do with my filters or refresh). One problem I did notice though was for example if joe scheduled a meeting with sue but sue was not in the sync set then this meeting would not sync. (to remove this issue I have included all contacts in the sync set.)

I would add Hotfix 5 to all systems as per this ACT! Knowledge Base article - http://tinyurl.com/4mtasb

You can still sync via three ways with ACT! Premium - Application, Network or Internet.

Many sync issues are handled much better with ACT! 2008 (10.0)

All our PCs have 10.0.3.182 Hot Fix 1 / I try to update and ACT says I have the latest version....
What next Mike?? (I also tried the dbfix exe --- closed everything down - refreshed etc...)
