ACT 2011 Corporate, we are sporadically having users complain of act telling them to register everytime they open even though their system has already been registered. They are running XP, have local admin rights. It also appears it may be related to the vpn as they are not asked to register again if they are not connected to the VPN. Any ideas.

If you connect to a VPN, to work around this issue, you must launch ACT! after connecting to the VPN.
