I'm having strange problems with one machine running ACT Premium 2010 V 126.96.36.199. Hotfix 1.
1. When he is trying to cut and paste into ACT! Ctrl-V does not work, but right-click on the field and selecting Paste works fine.
2. The machine is having a weird problem when trying to duplicate a contact. When you try to duplicate a contact, it pops up the Error "value cannot be null". I have turned off Duplicate checkin, but it still does the same thing.
3. ACT Freezes and requires a system reboot before it will come back up again (Screen shot of freezed below).
