I am not able to login in SAGE ACT! Premium 2013 because fields are grayed out, as shown below:
Also (and I am quite sure it is related) it's giving me the following error message:
Can you please give me some hints on how to resolve both issues?
By the way. I have ACT installed for a couple of months and this licensing issue repeats itself through time. Sometimes license works without any problems, but once in a while it just throws me the above error message.
