We use ACT Premium 2010. Our database is sorted into group. From the List View, the user goes into the Detail View. I have a user that when she selects the arrow to move forward to the next contact, ACT jumps ahead 2 contacts, sometimes more. I can see it go from 2 to 3, but it lands on 4 (this would be the contact number in between arrows). Any ideas?
