We have a shared database with 6 users and ACT for web.
Recently installed ACT on a desktop machine and was told needed to install updates. It downloaded and upgraded the version of act we were installing to the new ACT 2009 trial version!!?
Now we cannot access on any machine except the trial version that was installed. The database has been upgraded and see no way to downgrade it back?
Any help would be great

There is no way to revert a database to a previous version, you will need to restore from backup. There are warnings which state this and prompt you to take a backup before updating the database.
