Can anyone explain why this may have happened? On Friday I created a new contact in ACT, with address, phone numbers, email and birthdate. On Monday I created another contact, when I went to the contact list and opened the contact I created on Friday, the contact from Monday's birthdate was in that field. I know on Friday the correct birthdate had been saved.
I have found that when I click on New contact, sometimes it will automatically import a birthdate from another contact. I will delete this and then put in all the correct information.
Has anyone else had this problem?
