ACT! for outlook configuration keeps disappearing when I start my computer.

Greetings all I wonder if anyone has any knowledge on this.

When I turn on outlook in the morning my ACT! address bar keeps disappearing and my emails won't attach to my history. Now I fix it by clearing address book reg. keys, stopping and starting Act.Outlook.Service.exe deleting my history queue and finally reconfiguring my ACT! email integration.

Any ideas why I must do this every morning? Could it be network issues?

thanks in advance

Questions:

- is the database on a server or local to this computer?

- do you have Outlook set to open at Startup?

If Outlook is set to open at Startup, it could be beating the connection to the network to find the database.

What happens if you open your Act! database before opening Outlook?
