Just trying to understand how ACT for Web works.
We currently have regular server version of ACT 2011 Premium. Can we setup ACT for Web for a single remote user or will we have to completely switch all our licenses to the Web version ?

Thanks for the reply.
Couple of questions:
1. Will we have to re-install our current act server version in order to add web client functionality or can we simply add it on as a feature using the supplied cd ?
2. Does the web client interact with outlook in the same manner as the desktop version does ?

1. You have to uninstall and install the web version

Appreciate the prompt replies.
All the clients that are currently running the desktop version, will we have to make changes in there setup as well or will they continue working the way they are with out noticing any changes ?
