Has this ever worked?
What version of Act! are you running (Help > About Act!)?
Are you entering the address in the format "http://address or ip name/APFW"?
If it worked at one time, has the IP address changed for the server?
Has there been a change to the network, such as a new router installed?
If you sign directly onto the server, open Internet Explorer and enter "http://localhost/apfw" - does it connect to the sign-on screen?
