I have a client that is accessing ACT via the web version in V16. I am trying to set up the Outlook integration and run into an issue. All my research says that it is related to the time being off...and it is within 2 min (server and client). I have made sure all steps have been done and still it tells me, cannot access the database at this time when I try to add the address book. Has anyone had this issue and resolved it, please share.

I forgot to mention, They connect to a VPN to access their network and then open Act for Web
