I am using ACT Premium for web, and have set permission to user to export data to excel, it works ok if on application directly but it's grayed out if i operate it on web. even myself with administrator right, anything I can do?

On the web interface side, the only time I can export to Excel is when I have the Contact List shown. I cannot export from the group list, contact info, or any other location. Do you have the same issue?
I have also noticed that the machine that needs to do the export needs to have excel installed. Is this really the case as well with you?
