Brand new install of Server 2016 and ACT Premium for Web v21 and getting IIS errors right away.
http://localhost/APFW will show the following errors below (also screenshot attached)
Event IDs logged at 1310 and 1309
Have not found a solution to this, ACT support is pretty unresponsive to our emails so far too - have had weeks before responses (still waiting on a response for upgrade/migration questions still actually from weeks ago)

We sorted this out actually - we forgot to setup the new ACT ASP.net Impersonation user. Whoops!

We advise all installations of ACT for WEB to reboot after installation a we have noticed the ASP account does not show up until a reboot has been carried out after the installation on a significant number of installations.
