The client has a central ACT 2011 server, plus 3 ACT for WEB servers in a cluster. They also have a number of Terminal Servers on Win2008R2 where the ACT for WEB icon is placed. Knowledge base for sharing preferences around the cluster implimented. Everything went well until we tried to set up the ACT - Outlook link so that users could record history in ACT.
It is as if terminal server can only set up 1 user link per terminal server but Sage sold this on the promise that it would work. Any ideas would be very welcome. ( A large return to Sage if it will not work.)

Question: Why not run the full client on the Terminal servers instead of browser?
