When I select / double click an item in Activity details the font changes to Tahoma 13 despite the fact that I have chosen Microsoft San Serif 8 or 9 as the default. Why? Where is the setting so I can remove Tahoma as the default?

Stephen - make sure you post the version of Act! - you are using. Also does the issue happen with all activity items or just a specific one?

Good point. I'm using Act! Premium Version 21.0.295.0, Update 7. Checked a remote database and the font remained San Serif but size again jumped to 13.

Has there been any "fix" on this issue? I'm running Act! Version 18.104.22.168, Update 4 and I enter all my detail notes in MS San Serif 8 and when I go back in they are switched to Times New Roman 12. It does not matter which detail it does it to all of them.

Sorry - No fix, in fact no updates since 21/08/2020 with Update 4 for 22.1
Much talk about either update 5 or SP2 but nothing as yet published as a planned change this month with Outlook is going to impact the current version of ACT so here is hoping they are on the case.
