ACT! error pops up after closing out of ACT!

ACT! error pops up after closing out of ACT!

Users get this error 5-10 seconds after exiting ACT.

 

"ACT! by Sage

 

ACT! by Sage has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry

for the inconvenience."

 

User was exiting normally.  This happens every time.  Any ideas?

What version of ACT! and OS are you using?  Did this recently restart to happen?

It started after we upgraded to

ACT! by Sage Premium 2008 (10.0) (ST Edition) Version 10.0.3.182, Hotfix 1

The workstations are running XP Professional... SP2 and some SP3
