Users get this error 5-10 seconds after exiting ACT.
"ACT! by Sage
ACT! by Sage has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience."
User was exiting normally. This happens every time. Any ideas?

It started after we upgraded to
ACT! by Sage Premium 2008 (10.0) (ST Edition) Version 10.0.3.182, Hotfix 1
The workstations are running XP Professional... SP2 and some SP3
