I want to paste the Error Message directly in the Knowledge Base (instead of copy down and retype again in KB), by pressing the PRN Screen and paste into WORD does not help...

Depends on the error... but for neally any Windows error dialog, click on it and press Ctrl-C.
It should copy the text of the error to the clipboard. But you might need to paste to notepad and re-copy the error as the Ctrl-C includes the dialog title and text from any buttons.
