I wasn't having any issues with my ACT until I installed the ACT! by Sage 2009 (11.1) Service Pack yesterday. Now when I try to open it or when I restart my computer I get a window that pops open automatically "ACT! by Sage has stopped working".
Can anyone help!

It appears the update may not have installed correctly and you may need to install the full version of 11.1. Please see your Private Messages (yellow envelope in upper right corner) on this forum for additional information.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
