ACT backup

I was trying to locate an older backup of my database because I was missing some data.

I found a .bak file, and my question is now:

Can I simply restore this file? Normally when restoring an ACT database, it is a .zip file cointaining a lot of things (where among the .bak file is a part of this).

Kind regards

Re: ACT backup

Andreas,

This can be done with the latest version of Actdiag.

Re: ACT backup

All right.

Where do I check whether I have the latest version?

I'm running ACT 2009 (11.0) Premium.

And if I dont want to overwrite anything, but just check the contents of this database, should I then make a: Restore as regarding the database?
