Greetings, I would to know a complement ACT! that allows me to create support tickets, assuming that my contacts are my customers and they call me to ask me for support ... How can I create a specialized table for tickets?

That would require a plug-in for that capability. I've used TopLine designer. Another one is from Durkin.
