Hello, I am having difficulties setting up my email for ACT with godaddy internet mail. I have went through the configuration to set the email up and the test establishing the connection but failing to log in or send. I contacted godaddy and verified that the ports are the corrrect ports that ACT requires (25 and 110)
For SMTP out I am using: smtpout.secureserver.net
For POP3 in I am using: pop.secureserver.net
I have veridifed all the spelling of the email address and the password multiple times but still getting errors. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly apprecaited.
I am using ACT Premium 2010 Version 12.0.409.0, Hotfix 3
I am running Windows 7 64 bit

If the errors you are getting are on sending email the problem is probably with whoever is providing your internet connection. They can and often do block the ports used to send mail to prevent computers from sending spam. You will probably have to use their mail server to send your mail.
