Hello - A user all of the sudden can't use the ACT! Word Add-in. I have tried all the steps in KB13569. I have reinstalled ACT. The two ACT! add-ins still show up as disabled and when I try to enable them, nothing happens. Made Word is running as Administrator when trying to make the changes. The integration works fine for outlook and excel. Any ideas?
