The server version of ACT! is 220.127.116.11 with Hotfix 4 English (Europe).
The web version of ACT! is 18.104.22.168 (it's showing on login screen).
The error message is "Calendar synchronization failed" or "Contacts synchronization failed". This erorr message is showing by Sage ACT! and Outlook Synchronization Services which are placed in the right side of my screen in the task bar.

My server is working under Windows 2008 Server R2 English. But my test workstation is working under Windows XP SP3. Russian.
I tried to find ACT.Outlook.Sync.exe.config in the server. And I found it into 2 folders:
1. C:\Program Files (x86)\ACT\Act for Web\OutlookInt\inst\program files\ACT\ACT for Web\ClientSrvs\Office\Outlook
2. C:\Program Files (x86)\ACT\Act for Web
Also, I tried to find it in the workstation. I found it in the path:
C:\Program Files\ACT\ACT for Web\ClientSrvs\Office\Outlook
