How to install correctly ACT! 2011 Web Sync modules for Outlook for 3 users under Windows XP SP3. All three users are working on the same computer but each other uses separate Windows profile.
Now, I have the situation: if I install the sync module for the first user, the sync modules works with errors for another 2 users. If I uninstall the sync module from the first user, and then I install it for the second user, the sync module works fine for the second user, but it works with errors for the first and third users.
Please help to install or to configure ACT! sync module for all users which are using the same computer.

I mean Outlook integration for ACT! for web.
My test server is working under Windows Web Server 2008 R2. This server installed under VMWare 4.0 build 294855.
My ACT! version is 18.104.22.168 with Hotfix 4 English (Europe).

I found that Web Outlook integration is installed on a local drive to C:\Program Files\
And then it runs special Windows services. But this services are available only for the current user's profile.
The question is how to give the access another user's profile to this services? I can't find information in Sage KB.. also, I sent request to the Sage support. But their keeps silence for the 2 days.
I don't understand what is the solution.

I just received an answer from ACT! support:
----------- start quote ---------------
This was a known problem which has been fixed in the latest update.
To resolve this we will need to apply Service Pack 1, Hotfix 4. This can be downloaded from http://download.act.com/support/downloads/EMEA-Product-Downloads.html
----------- end quote -------
Now I try to understand which version of SP1 is applicable for my version of ACT! Because I already have unsuccesful experience in aplying of SP1.
