I am trying to insert notes and history using Act Web Premium 2011 and when I click on the icons nothing happens. Has anyone had this problem and know how to fix?

- To verify, you are accessing the database through a web browser - correct?
- Which web browser (and version) are you using?
- Have you tried disabling the pop-up blocker?

I am currently having this problem.
We understand that actweb does not work with IE9 however we attemped to use firefox and chrome and we get the same problem when you click the icons. Popup blockers are turned off and site is added as a trusted site.
What else can we do?
