Just to let you know that a new version of ACT is released
The focus of development has been on improvements in a number areas including office integration.
At the moment the schema stays the same as V22 but it will still need a new installation of ACT to go from V22 to V23.

Due to the complaints, I was reading about V22, I'm still on Act! Premium Version 21.1.187.0, Update 4. Have you upgraded to V23 yet? How is it working?

The update on the test machine went well but it still is having issues with the Outlook integration.
This was an upgrade so I am going to do a clean sheet installation on another spare PC to see if it is legacy issues causing the problem.
Another thing that i tried is that as this was not a schema change I tested cross version sync but it failed as it dropped the connection with a lost connection message rather than the version mismatch error message which it would normally generate. So as expected all sync versions need to be upgraded t the same time as the server.
