It looks like there is a bug in the City drop down list at the Company details form. The list does not populate all the cities in the database and is displaying only the first 400 entries or so.
Any help on this will be greatly appreciated as at the moment we are facing serious problems due to this.

Aha, your cities list has 845 lines/items.
As a default in APFW, the maximum picklist (dropdown) item count is 500 items.
This can be increased in the web.config file. You can find this file in Program Files (x86)\ACT\ACT for Web\APFW\web.config just amed the value on line 20, i.e:
<add key="Act.Web.MaxPicklistSize" value="1000" />
Give IIS a quick restart, and then you should be able to refresh your browser and see the entire list.
I believe this was limited for performance reasons over web, but I'm fairly certain you won't see any detrimental effects with 845 city name items.

What version of Act are you using?
Are you using the offline desktop client, or the online web interface?
I've tested on my end using Act v18 u7, and I can see the entire cities dropdown list with no problems.

I am using the web version.
When I am accessing ACT through the Desktop I can see all cities without a problem at all but through the web (regardless of the browser or the system) the list I see is limited.

What web browser are you using? We reccomend IE11.
Make sure you do not have the site added to Compatibility View, and also make sure it's added to trusted sites in the Internet Options > Security tab.
The build numbers Act Premium Desktop and Web are slightly different.

On every single browser we are getting the same issue. As I said at the "Contacts" form the "City" dropdown functions as it should - displaying all the entries - it is only on the "Company" form that does not. I am pretty sure that this has nothing to do with the browsers we are using or compatibility view.

Please could you help us troubleshoot this issue by exporting your Cities dropdown list from the desktop software, by clicking Tools > Define Fields > Manage drop-down lists > Cities > Edit > Next:
Please then post with the attached .txt file so we may test this issue on our end with the same list.
