Client has most internet sites locked down so ACT activation can not reach the activation site. Please could someone let me know what ACT uses so we can put in the eceptions to the syste.

This error may result if a firewall is preventing the connection to the ACT! Registration web site. Disable your UAC (User Account Control) Disable your Windows or Network Firewall while performing activation.
This also may occur if your network uses a proxy server. You will need to configure your proxy server to unblock Port 443 and allow access to license.ntitles.net. See your network administrator to make these changes.
