We have ACT V16 with hotfixes installed some machines fail to attach emails automatically and they simply continue to queue. Opening the queue from the taskbar and retrying to attach runs through each one and fails but with no messages or reasons for the failure. One user has nearly 1000 emails queued. Ive looked through the events log and nothing shows. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction of how to solve this?
