We have remote database users using network sync servicve with the main database. The remote database settings have include syncronise supplement files and allow database to to sync attachements ticked.
Any Letter/email templates that are created on the main database are not being transferred to remote databases after a sync. This has been going on for a while now and temporary fix has been to just copy and paste this from server to remote users template files which is not always ideal as really they should just be syncing over.
Another thing is some of these templates are getting timestamps at the end of their file names which i can't figure out why.
Anyone had these issues or any ideas what may be causing these problems?
