I have administrator rights on ACT! Premium, however I can't access the ACT scheduler from the Tools menu. It is not clickable (greyed out). I want to clear a list of 580 tasks, and can't seem to clear them all at once.
Can anybnody help out with this?

Welcome to the ACT! Online Community!
If your computer operating system is either Vista or Windows 7, try running ACT! 'As Administrator'. To do this:close ACT! > right click on ACT! icon > select 'Run As Administrator'.
If this is not the issue, can you provide some additional information:
- computer operating system
- version of ACT!
- Are these 580 tasks set up in the Scheduler or on your calendar?
