ACT Scheduler loses its settings

On three occasions now I noticed that my Outlook calendar was not being updated. On checking the ACT! scheduler I discovered that it was blank. No settings. (I had set up backup, calendar update and database maintenance). Scheduler was still running, but doing nothing.

 

Anyone else seen this happen?

 

ACT! by Sage Premium 2010 Version 12.0.409.0, Hotfix 3

What does the Scheduler Log show?

Dodgy xml file looks like a possibility. Thanks for the KB link.

 

I'll try rebuilding it and see if that helps.
