David,

Great that it is going to be fixed but rather than  're-release' HotFix 3 do you think that it could be given a distinct number so that people who are running prior versions are not misled as to what is installed!  Hours of troubleshooting time are spent when inline and hotfix versions are swapped out with no indication that there are unlisted changes. We all need to be dealing with known, unique versions of releases.

I see that Hotfix 3 is available for download again.  Is this the fixed version of it?

Yes, the issue has been fixed.

On machines where the faulty HF3 was installed, can the fixed one be directly installed over the broken one or is there an uninstall required?
