We have recently added the SAGE Accounting Program link into ACT Premium. As a result we are now experiencing some issues when logging into SAGE on it's own. It tells us that we are already logged in, even if we have not logged into ACT at that stage, and asks if we want to remove the user. Has anyone else experienced this at all and, if so, do they have a fix?

Not sure if this will help, but with the ACT! 6 link for Sage 50, you needed to create an extra user account in the accounting product as per this ACT! Knowledge Base article -
